HMC can help you facilitate a small group meeting, and community
meeting, or a strategic planning session.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT, COORDINATION
HMC works with local governments and other community organizations
to develop, fund raise, and manage projects on issues of regional
importance such as affordable housing, transportation, economic
development, youth development, and human services.
REGIONAL DIALOGUE, COLLABORATION, & NETWORKING
HMC convenes ongoing forums for regional dialogue, collaboration and
networking in the Roaring Fork and Colorado River Valleys. Specific

DECISION-SUPPORT TOOLS
HMC provides local governments with a package of research and data
skills along with analytical and process tools to help elected
officials and citizens better understand and take action on issues
such as the transportation, affordable housing, economic
development, land use impacts, etc. at the local and regional level.
